Overview: Taraash offers shipping across India to all serviceable pin codes, along with international delivery, ensuring our handcrafted creations reach you wherever you are.

Timelines: The estimated time to ship will differ depending on the respective delivery timelines mentioned against each product. Our products are shipped as per the timelines mentioned on the product page.

Shipping charges are included with all domestic orders. A signature is required upon delivery, at which point responsibility for the goods passes to you. If you have specified an alternate recipient, their signature at the delivery address will serve as proof of delivery.

To ensure a smooth delivery process, you may be required to present a valid government-issued photo ID (such as Driving License, Passport, or other accepted identification) for identity and billing address verification.

As all Taraash garments are made to order, we do not offer exchanges, returns, or refunds. We recommend reviewing your order details and measurements carefully before confirming your purchase.

If your garment requires minor alterations for a better fit, our team will be happy to assist wherever possible.

Ready-to-Wear Purchases: Full payment is required at the time of placing your order. To complete your purchase, please contact us via WhatsApp. Payment will be arranged through WhatsApp using the available payment options.

Custom Orders: A 50% advance payment is required to confirm your booking. Once your garment is ready, we will arrange a final review either at our studio or through a video consultation. The remaining 50% balance must be completed before your order is dispatched or collected. Payment for custom orders will also be arranged through WhatsApp.
