Taraash by Rashmi and its associates reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in their sole discretion.

Your order will be shipped by Taraash by Rashmi. During the transit time until it is delivered to you, your shipment is fully insured. In the unlikely event of loss or damage during transit, the risk will be covered by insurance until delivery. After successful delivery, the responsibility of the goods passes to you.

Taraash by Rashmi and its affiliates attempt to be as accurate as possible. All the products listed on the website have been described in detail for your reference including all essential attributes of the garment to help you make an accurate, suitable, and standard choice. However, if a product offered by Taraash by Rashmi itself is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.

To confirm your bespoke order, a 100% advance payment is required to start production on your order. Once your garment is ready, our team will share photos/videos for review prior to dispatch or balance payment release.

Allow 7–10 working days for delivery; custom orders must be completed before dispatch. The estimated time of delivery will vary depending on the complexity of your custom order and destination, as per the timelines mentioned on the product page.

Shipping & Delays: International shipping timelines are subject to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to customs delays, natural disasters, etc. In case of any unforeseen delays, we will keep you updated in real-time. You can request a status update on your order at any time by emailing us at taraashbyrashmi@gmail.com.

Duties & Taxes: For international deliveries, duties and taxes may be applicable, which are to be paid by the customer. These charges are non-refundable in the event of an exchange or return. Customs policies vary widely from country to country.

All Taraash garments are made to order; therefore, we do not offer exchanges, returns, or refunds once an order is placed.

Orders once placed cannot be cancelled after confirmation. Once the order process has started, orders cannot be cancelled as production begins immediately. In the event of a cancellation request, the full payment made will be retained as cancellation charges for custom orders. Kindly note that our cancellation policy does not include products on sale.

Some garments are designed to have a relaxed fit while others are tailored closer to the body. Refer to our size chart as a guide. If you require custom sizing, please reach out to us and we will assist you in collecting measurements for a custom tailored fit.

All our products are handcrafted using delicate fabrics and intricate embroidery. Slight variations in color, weave, and finish are inherent to handcrafted products.

Handcrafted Properties: Garment details, including color and texture, have been depicted as accurately as possible. Each garment is individually handcrafted by skilled artisans, making each piece unique in beauty and nature. Minor variations in weaving, slubs, color, or embroidery are inherent characteristics of hand-made garments and are not defects.

Washcare: The brand does not provide any dry-cleaning or washing of garments.

Colors: We have done our best to display as accurately as possible the colors of the products shown on the website. However, actual colors depend on monitor/screen settings. Minor variation in color will be treated as an inherent material property, not a defect.

Taraash strives to ensure that all information on this website is accurate and up-to-date. However, handcrafted garments and natural materials may have slight variations in color, embroidery, or weave from batch to batch. All products are handcrafted and made to order; therefore natural variations in weave, texture, embroidery, and handcrafted details are part of the artisanal process and are not defects.

Taraash shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of this website, delays beyond our control, or damage caused by improper care, storage, or alterations made by the customer. Our liability, where applicable, shall be limited to the purchase value of the product.
